To address this issue, our company's HN Fine Sand Recovery Machine Series effectively reduces the loss of fine particulate materials, resolving the problems of high fineness modulus and low stone powder content in the finished product.

It can recover up to 85% of the fine particulate materials in the total discharge, offering unparalleled technical and economic advantages compared to other equipment. In the application of dry tailings disposal: In traditional mineral processing, some of the ore is crushed to below 0.2 millimeters and extracted as concentrate through hydro-magnetic separation or shaking tables, while most tailings are disposed of by building dams for storage. Based on the above situation and national environmental requirements, our company has designed a tailings dry discharge system. Tailings processed through this system can be directly stacked in a dry state, significantly reducing the production costs of mineral processing, effectively controlling the water content in tailings, and effectively addressing tailings' environmental pollution, meeting the emission standards required by environmental regulations. Depending on specific site conditions, the size of the dewatering screen can be increased to alter the water content in tailings.
