HEV heavy-duty Vibrating Screen Series is a multi-layered, high-efficiency, and innovative vibrating screen. It employs a cylindrical vibration exciter and adjustable counterweights to regulate the amplitude. Specifically designed for screening stone materials in quarries, it can also be utilized for product classification in mining, coal preparation, mineral processing, building materials, power generation, and chemical industries.

6.The side plates of the screen body adopt special steel structures, with no welds throughout, utilizing high-strength rivets for cold riveting assembly, resulting in a one-piece screen frame.

7.Equipped with a patented self-synchronizing device, multiple centrifugal hammer eccentric synchronous operation ensures stable vibration frequency and amplitude, reliable operation, and significantly extends the equipment's service life.

8.High amplitude (14-16mm, over 50% higher than ordinary screens) and high vibration frequency (900-1000r/min, over 20% higher than ordinary screens) provide excellent screening results.
