工作原理
圆振筛是利用普通电动驱动偏心轴，使筛体沿激振力方向作周期性往复振动，物料在筛面作圆运动，从而达到筛分目的。圆振筛由振动源、筛体、筛网、减振装置、底座等组成，结构合理、坚固耐用。
性能特点
1.采用筒体式偏心轴和偏心块作为激振力，激振力强；
2.筛子横梁和箱体采用高强度螺栓铆接，强度高；
3.筛箱侧板为锅炉钢板，强度高，耐冲击性强；
4.采用小振幅，高频率，大倾角结构，使该机筛分效率高、处理量大、寿命长、电耗低、噪音小。
