I.Product Introduction

Our company's independently developed and manufactured linear vibrating screen integrates the advantages of various linear vibrating screens at home and abroad, featuring advanced technology, high reliability, complete specifications, and economical practicability.The exciter adopts a structure of two sets of eccentric blocks / vibrating motors. The transmission shaft is installed on the exciter connecting plate, and the eccentric blocks are driven by dual motors, realizing gearless forced operation and self-synchronous operation. It supports both grease lubrication and thin-oil lubrication, with advanced and simple structure, low noise, long service life, and high screening efficiency.This screen is suitable for coal preparation, mineral processing, power generation, sugar production, salt production, sewage treatment and other industries and departments. It is a high-efficiency vibrating screen for dry and wet classification and medium removal of medium and fine materials. The vibrating screen is available in single-layer and multi-layer types, which can be selected according to customers' process requirements.

II. Main Features

1.Side plates are fabricated by integrated laser cutting and fully riveted with cold-drawn steel rivets;

2.Polyurethane screen plates are adopted as required, featuring long service life;

3.Screen plates are all connected by buckles with no exposed bolts on the screen surface, enabling easy replacement;

4.The interior of the screen box is treated with polyurethane anti-corrosion coating;

5.All exciters adopt thin-oil lubrication, ensuring stable operation and low noise;

6.Three excitation modes are optional: side-plate mounted exciter, exciter frame type, and vibrating motor type.
