I.Product Introduction
Our independently developed ZSC series automatic flocculant preparation and dosing system has been verified through industrial tests and practical user applications. Its performance fully reaches the advanced level of domestic similar products and greatly meets customers’ process requirements. All key components and electrical parts adopt imported original units, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
Working principle:Under automatic PLC program control, the concentration detection device transmits real-time signals of overflow concentration changes to the PLC controller. Dry powder flocculant and water are accurately metered and fed into the mixing tank through the automatic dry powder dosing device and automatic water dosing device. After uniform stirring, the prepared solution automatically flows into the storage tank for standby. When dosing is required, the automatic metering dosing pump starts and delivers the qualified flocculant solution to different dosing points.
