I.Product Introduction
Our centrally driven thickener is an efficient model independently developed by our company. Different from the aforementioned NXZ series central drive thickener, the NZ series thickener is equipped with a central concrete column in the thickening tank, and the bridge adopts a half-bridge arrangement. The central drive system transmits torque to the rake frame via a rotating cage. The working principle of the equipment is the same as that of the NXZ series.Featuring a reasonable structure and easy maintenance, this thickener is widely applied to slurry thickening in various industries, including raw ore, concentrate and tailings thickening for metal mineral processing; raw ore, concentrate and tailings thickening for non-metallic mineral processing; as well as leaching, impurity removal and clarification processes in the chemical industry. Its processing efficiency is 2 to 3 times that of traditional thickeners.

5.Controlled by PLC programmable controller, remote control available;

7.The tank body of this thickener can adopt steel structure or concrete structure as required.
