I.Product Introduction

The center drive thickener is a high-efficiency thickener independently developed by our company. It mainly consists of two major components: the thickening tank and the rake thickener mechanism. In the thickening tank, solid particles suspended in the slurry settle under the action of gravity, while the upper layer becomes clarified water, achieving solid-liquid separation. The settled material at the bottom of the thickening tank is continuously scraped to the center of the tank bottom by the rake thickener mechanism and discharged through the underflow outlet, while the clarified water flows out through the overflow weir at the upper part of the thickening tank.

This thickener features a reasonable structure and convenient maintenance. It is widely used in various industrial slurry thickening applications, such as the thickening of raw ore, concentrate, and tailings in metal and non-metal mineral processing, as well as in leaching, impurity removal, and clarification processes in the chemical industry. Its treatment efficiency is 2–3 times that of traditional thickeners.
