Details Introduction

I.Product Introduction

Our independently developed and manufactured ZXJ automatic chemical dosing unit mainly consists of a mixing tank, curing tank, and chemical storage tank. It is primarily used for preparing chemicals with low viscosity and poor water affinity, with a preparation capacity ranging from 0 to 20 m³/h. Widely applied in coal, metallurgy, chemical and other industries, the equipment features fully automatic intelligent control, high operational sensitivity, simple operation, and an extremely small footprint.

Working Principle:When the liquid level in the chemical storage tank is low, the water inlet solenoid valve opens automatically, and the pre-wetting system starts supplying water to the mixing tank. The coagulant dosing feeder begins feeding chemicals while the mixer operates simultaneously. The mixing time can be set via buttons on the electric control panel. Once mixing in the mixing tank is completed, the prepared solution flows into the curing tank for further agitation. Liquid level sensors transmit real-time data to the PLC. The PLC then determines whether to continue chemical preparation according to manually preset values, realizing fully automatic coagulant preparation and unmanned dosing. The start/stop status of the mixing device and dosing pumps can be controlled either locally through the dosing control cabinet or via remote operation.
