I.Product Introduction

Our centrally driven thickener is an efficient independently developed model by our company. It is mainly composed of two major parts: a steel-structure thickening tank body and a rake-type thickener core mechanism.Solid particles suspended in the slurry inside the thickening tank settle under the action of gravity, while the upper layer becomes clear water, realizing solid-liquid separation.The settled materials at the bottom of the tank are continuously scraped and gathered to the center of the tank bottom by the rake mechanism, then discharged through the underflow outlet. The clarified clean water flows out from the overflow trough on the upper part of the thickening tank.Featuring a reasonable structure and easy maintenance, this thickener is widely applied to slurry thickening in various industries, including raw ore, concentrate and tailings thickening for metal mineral processing; raw ore, concentrate and tailings thickening for non-metallic mineral processing; as well as leaching, impurity removal and clarification processes in the chemical industry. Its processing efficiency is 2 to 3 times that of traditional thickeners.
