I.Scope of application

The XY-type pulp processor is mainly used for pulp preparation before flotation to improve flotation performance and reduce reagent consumption.

It is an essential supporting device for various flotation machines, and can also replace stirring tanks to mix liquids, solids (particle size below 0.5 mm), and gases.

II.Working Principle

Coal slime water enters the tank body through the feed inlet, and clean water flows in via the water inlet. The conical mixing tube allows clean water and coal slime to enter the mixer simultaneously; air is drawn in through the air suction pipe, and reagents are added via the dosing pipe. In this way, the liquid, solid and gas inside the mixer undergo thorough stirring, contact and pre-mineralization, after which they are discharged into the tank. Pre-mineralized coal particles overflow from the upper part to the discharge outlet and then flow into the flotation machine. Non-pre-mineralized coal particles pass through the conical mixing tube from the bottom of the tank to re-enter the mixer, repeating the processes of stirring, contact and pre-mineralization with fresh coal slurry, reagents and air.
