The XJ(Type A,XKJ）type belongs to a mechanical agitation flotation machine with a radial impeller for air and slurry self suction.Suitable for the selection of non-ferrous and ferrous metals,as well as non-metallic minerals.The main shaft of the flotation machine is driven by the motor through the V-belt to rotate the impeller at its lower part.When the impeller rotates,the pulp in the impeller cavity is thrown around by centrifugal force under the action of the blade,so that negative pressure is formed in the impeller cavity.At the same time,the pulp on the upper cover plate is sucked into the impeller cavity through the circulation hole on the cover plate,forming the pulp circulation,and the air is sucked into the impeller cavity through the suction pipe and the central cylinder,mixed with the sucked pulp,forming a large number of small bubbles.After the steady flow through the cover plate,it is evenly dispersed in the tank,forming mineralized bubbles,which float up to the foam layer,and scraped out by the scraper is the foam product.
