I.Product Introduction

The ZKB linear vibrating dewatering screen is mainly applied in the field of slurry dewatering. By absorbing the design advantages of similar screening equipment at home and abroad, our company has optimized and upgraded this screen. Its performance has surpassed that of domestic and foreign equivalent models. It is widely used in quartz sand dewatering, clean coal dewatering, mineral processing tailings dry discharge and other dewatering industries.

This dewatering screen adopts two-stage dewatering design. The feeding section is arranged at a certain inclined angle to realize pre-dewatering on the steep slope. The second stage adopts a –5° reverse climbing structure, which can control the moisture content of minerals below 10%, fully meeting the requirements for material belt conveying and transfer.

II. Main Features

1.Side plates adopt integrated laser blanking and are fully riveted with cold-drawn rivets;

2.The interior of the screen box is treated with polyurethane anti-corrosion coating;

3.Polyurethane screen plates can be fully equipped as required, featuring long service life;

4.All vibrators are oil-lubricated thin-oil exciters, ensuring stable operation and low noise;

5.Screen plates adopt buckle connection with no exposed bolts on the screen surface, enabling easy replacement;

6.Three excitation modes are optional: side-plate mounted vibrator, exciter frame type, and vibrating motor type.
