Working Principle of DZ series motor power vibrating feeder:

The feeding process of DZ series motor power vibrating feeder is achieved by using a specially designed vibration motor to drive the feeding trough in periodic linear reciprocating vibration along an inclined direction. When the vertical acceleration component of the trough's vibration exceeds gravitational acceleration, the material in the trough is lifted and moves forward in a parabolic trajectory, with the lifting and falling process completed within 1/50 of a second. Due to the continuous excitation of the vibration motor, the feeding trough continuously vibrates, causing the material to continuously jump forward, thus achieving the feeding purpose.
