Application Range:
The disc vacuum filter is suitable for filtration and dewatering of fine particle materials in industries such as metal mining, non-metal mining, environmental sludge, cement, and building materials. It is a device that uses vacuum as the filtering power to separate solids from liquids.
Working Principle:
The disc vacuum filter consists of individual sector-shaped discs. Each sector-shaped piece forms an independent filtering unit, with a filter cloth sleeve stretched over the sector to create a filter chamber. The filter disc is driven by an electric motor through a reducer and an open gear transmission. As the filter disc rotates clockwise, the slurry in the adsorption zone creates a pressure difference on both sides of the filter medium through the vacuum pump's action. The material forms a filter cake attached to the filter disc, and after leaving the liquid surface, continues to remove moisture under vacuum. The filtrate passes through the filter cloth, goes through the filtrate pipe, and is discharged from the distribution head. The filter cake is discharged into the discharge chute by reverse blowing air in the unloading area, with the entire operation process running continuously. A stirrer rotates to prevent solid settlement.
Advantages:
The ZPG-type mining disc vacuum filter fully incorporates the advantages of similar products. Considering the characteristics of high mineral density, rapid settling, and strong impact of solid particle filtrate on filter pipes, it has undergone comprehensive performance optimization and component design. It features:
- Robust structure
- Stable filter disc rotation
- Reliable end-shaft sealing
- Long-lasting filter pipes
- High filter fan strength
- Large porosity
- Smooth filter cloth surface
- High cake discharge rate
These characteristics enable excellent dewatering performance in mineral solid-liquid separation.
