APPLICABILITIES

Mainly used for continuous and uniform feeding in front of primary crushing machines, these vibratory feeders can also screen fine materials so that crushers will exhibit greater capacity. WORKING PRINCIPLE

A ZSW series vibratory feeder is composed of material chute.vibration exciter, spring support and transmission device. Vibration exciter is the vibration source of chute vibration for feeding, it is made up of two eccentric shafts (master and slave shafts) and gear. The motor drives the master shaft, and the gear on the master shaft meshes with the slave shaft for rotation. Both shafts rotate reversely at the same time, and the chute vibrates so that the materials flow nonstop for the purpose of uniform feeding and coarse screening.
