3.2 High-grade, low-loss cold-rolled silicon steel sheets minimize magnetic losses.
3.3 High-precision punching reduces burrs in laminations; advanced stacking techniques control eddy current losses.

4. Lower Mechanical Loss

4.1 Hybrid roller/ball bearings handle radial and axial loads efficiently, while optimized lubrication reduces friction.
4.2 Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and thermal analysis refine cooling fan design, maximizing airflow/pressure ratio to cut mechanical losses.

5. Reduced Stray Loss

5.1 Advanced stator wiring schemes suppress high-order harmonics in synthetic magnetic fields, eliminating associated losses.
5.2 Special rotor surface treatment further minimizes stray losses.

6. Insulation System

The motor series features a comprehensively upgraded insulation system, excelling in voltage/temperature resistance, flexural strength, breakdown voltage, and aging tests. Mica tape insulation, processed via CNC winding/taping machines and VPI treatment, ensures reliability, mechanical robustness, and moisture resistance.
