I.Scope of application
The flotation dosing device is widely applicable to flotation reagent dosing for non-ferrous metals, precious metals, non-metallic minerals and coal.
II.Working Principle
The flotation dosing device prepares reagents in the stirring tank according to the required concentration. After being evenly mixed by the stirrer, the solution is transferred to the solution tank, and the prepared liquid is delivered to the dosing points or designated systems via metering pumps.
The complete dosing unit features a compact structure, high safety, simple configuration and easy operation. It can also be custom designed and equipped with necessary components to meet different technological process requirements, enabling functions such as automatic remote control.
III.Structure composition
Reagent tank (stainless steel), metering pump, flow meter, liquid level gauge, safety valve, back pressure valve, damper, filter, check valve, stainless steel pipeline, electric control system (PLC control & touch screen display), base and other components are assembled into one integrated module, namely a skid-mounted combined unit.
IV.Performance characteristics
(1) Equipped with complete automatic protection measures to ensure stable and safe system operation.
(2) High degree of automation with uniform and accurate dosing. The dosage is controlled by a microcomputer dosing controller (metering pump). Apart from regular reagent feeding into the dissolving tank, no manual operation is required, which greatly saves labor and ensures higher dosing accuracy.

(4) The unique preset program controls the dosing volume to guarantee the dosing effect while minimizing reagent consumption.
