I.Product Introduction
The high-efficiency deep cone thickener is a new-generation solid-liquid separation equipment, whose processing capacity is 2 to 5 times higher than that of conventional high-efficiency thickeners. It features a small footprint, low investment cost and outstanding separation efficiency.
Our in-house designed deep cone thickener supports fully automatic and intelligent operation. It can generally concentrate slurry with an inlet solid content of 5%–25% up to an underflow concentration of 55%–70%. The slurry concentration remains extremely high in the lower cone section; sediments at the cone bottom are compressed by the hydrostatic pressure from the upper slurry, achieving an ultra-high solid content in the underflow discharge.To prevent agglomeration of settled materials inside the cone, a light stirring mechanism is installed for gentle agitation. The stirrer can automatically lift or drop in real time according to the material resistance, realizing self-protection and greatly reducing equipment failure rates. The stirring speed adopts stepless frequency regulation.The whole equipment is driven by a hydraulic system and controlled via PLC electric control, delivering sensitive response, easy operation and compatibility with central monitoring in the control room.This deep cone thickener is widely applied in coal, chemical, metallurgical and non-metallic mining industries, especially for concentrate thickening and tailings dry stacking projects. Thanks to its large cone angle, it performs far better than ordinary thickeners when handling high-viscosity or poor-flowability slurry during dewatering.
II. Main Features
1.High processing capacity per unit area with excellent thickening effect; the underflow concentration can reach about 70%, and the solid content in overflow water is less than 200 mg/L.
2.Inclined plates can be installed inside the tank to increase the effective settling area; dewatering grids can also be equipped to shear flocs and remove free moisture.
3.Small footprint, low investment, low power consumption, low operating cost and convenient management.
4.Equipped with an automatic dilution device to minimize flocculant consumption, accelerate the settling of solid particles, and quickly form a high-concentration compression layer.
5.Deep central feeding realizes countercurrent settling, shortens the settling distance, and forms a filter layer to trap fine rising particles, improving the overall solid-liquid separation efficiency.
6.The whole machine adopts PLC program control with full intelligent operation (automatic running, automatic rake lifting and lowering); automatic, manual and remote centralized control are all available.
7.Different driving modes (hydraulic or motor drive) and lubrication methods can be designed according to on-site climatic conditions.
8.Self-supported tank and floor-mounted tank are optional; steel structure tank design and installation services are also available.
