I.Product Introduction

Our peripheral drive sectional lifting rake thickener is a high-efficiency model independently developed by our company. It is mainly composed of two major parts: a circular thickening tank and a rake-type sludge scraper.Solid particles suspended in the slurry inside the thickening tank settle under gravity, while the upper layer becomes clarified water, achieving solid-liquid separation. The settled materials at the bottom of the tank are continuously scraped and gathered to the center of the tank bottom by the rake-type thickener, then discharged through the underflow outlet. The clarified water flows out from the overflow weir on the upper part of the thickening tank.Featuring a reasonable structure and easy maintenance, this thickener is widely applied to slurry thickening in various industries, including raw ore, concentrate and tailings thickening for metal mineral processing; raw ore, concentrate and tailings thickening for non-metallic mineral processing; as well as leaching, impurity removal and clarification processes in the chemical industry. Its processing efficiency is 2 to 3 times that of traditional thickeners.
