The YA series circular vibrating screen mainly consists of a screen box, screen mesh, vibrator, damping spring device, and base frame. It employs an eccentric shaft vibrator, with the amplitude adjusted by the eccentric block. The vibrator is mounted on the side plate of the screen box and is driven to rotate by the electric motor through a V-belt, generating centrifugal inertial force, causing the screen box to vibrate.
This equipment is primarily suitable for industries such as coal, metallurgy, mining, power generation, construction materials, light industry, and chemicals. It serves as an efficient screening machine for classifying scattered materials like coal, ore, coke, etc.
I.Technical Features
1. Innovative sealed and lubricated structure design, addressing issues with the vibrator leaking oil and inconvenient disassembly.
2. The screen box frame uses a riveted design, offering high overall rigidity and stable operation.
3. Metal spiral springs support and absorb the majority of impact forces, minimizing vibrational impact on the foundational support structure.
4. Screen surfaces available in various types, including punched steel plate, polyurethane with rectangular holes, woven steel wire, and bar screen plates. Various screen surfaces are available to meet different process conditions.
