I.Product Performance and Features
1. The largest size of slime hydrocyclone is 1250mm, its processing capacity is 1300 m³/h, grading particle size 0.04-0.3mm, grading efficiency >45%, and lining material is high aluminum ceramic.
2. The optimized internal structure and high internal surface finish of the SPKJ®SmaxM slime hydrocyclone improve the classification efficiency and accuracy of the cyclone.
3. Cyclone is often combined with TBS, arc screen and slime centrifuge to treat coarse slime, and very good treatment effect is obtained.
4. The outer wall involute design entrance pre-classifies the feed solids prior to entering the main body of the cyclone. These improvements result in reduced misplacement of material to the overflow and dramatically increased wear life. By using premium ceramics in the lowersection of the cyclone, we’ve boosted overall wear life, greatly increasing the intervals between complete cyclone rebuilds.
II.Scope of Application
SPKJ®SmaxM Hydrocyclone is extensively applied for the recovery of coarse coal slurry in coal preparation plants, pre-flotation pulp thickening.
