I. Brief Introduction to Smax-N Series Hydrocyclones (Large Cone Angle Hydrocyclones)
The N Series hydrocyclones adopt a large cone angle design. A larger cone angle generates a higher rate of centrifugal force change, thus enabling fine particles to rapidly enter the inner vortex. Meanwhile, the high fluid concentration in the cone section prevents the overflow of fine particles into the outer vortex caused by local circulation. This series is suitable for working conditions where the raw material has a high proportion of fine particles and the hydrocyclone is required to deliver a large overflow flow rate.
II. Performance Characteristics
1. Adopts forced classification technology.
2. The column section ratio is designed via fluid simulation, extending the classification time while maintaining low energy consumption.
3. The large cone angle is custom-designed according to the user's material properties, rationally increasing the overflow ratio and classification efficiency.
4. Suitable for the classification of materials with an abnormal cut-size ratio, as well as the sand screening operation for construction sand.
