CY-T211 diving jumbo is a highly versatle face driling rig independently developed by chuangyuan High-Tech Machinery co.. Ltd. to meet the mechanizalon and inteligent develooment needs of small and medium-sized mines, it is suitable for tunneling sections ranging from 2 5m × 2.5m to 5m × 5m(width × height). The machine adopts a diesel-powered hydraulic four-wheel drive articulated chassis, equipped with hydrauic differential lock. it has advantages such as small luring radius, strong passability, and good maneuverability. The machine uses a fixed console + wireless remote control dual operating system, providing operators with a more intelligent, comfortable, safer, and efficient operating experience. The product develooment deeply integrates the corporate mission of "liberating miners from harsh and high-risk environments". lt adopts full electronic control operaion and can be equipped with intelligent funcions such as automatic leveling of the drill arm, intelligent auxiliary positioning, and automatic postioning for full-section automaic operaion. It is the preferred drilling equipment for the intelligent, manpower-reduced, and unmanned development of mines.

一、快速拆装模块化设计

FUNCTIONAL FEATURES

整机在设计阶段充分考虑不同矿山的需求，可快速拆解为4大功能模块，拆解后单个模块最大尺寸为2130mm×1300mm×1820mm(长×宽×高)，可适用需要罐笼运输的矿山应用场景，同时在井下可以便捷快速组装。

During the design stage, the requirements of different mines are taken into full consideration. lt can be quickly disassembled into four major functional modules. After disassembly, the maximum size of a single module is 2,130mm ×1,300mm × 1,820mm(length × width × height). This allows for application scenarios in mines that require cagetransportation. Additionally, it can be conveniently and rapidly assembled underground.

二、双三角液压平动臂架

DOUBLE TRIANGULAR HYDRAULIC SLIDING BOOM

臂架采用双三角液压平动结构，动作稳定可靠，平动精度高，可精确控制中心掏槽孔和爆破孔的平行度。

The boom is designed with a double triangular hydraulic sliding structure, providing stable and rellable movement and high precision.lt allows for precise control of the parallelism between the center groove hole and blast hole.

配置国际知名品牌液压凿岩机，系统集成自动钻孔、自动回退:自动防卡钎、自动防空打等功能，有效提高钻孔效率并大幅度降低卡钻频率，有效延长凿岩机以及钎具的使用寿命。

Equipped with internationally renowned brand hydraulic rock drills, the system integrates automatic drilling, automatic regression, automatic anti-jamming, and automatic anti-idling functions, effectively improving drilling efficiency, greatly reducing the frequency of jamming, and lengthening the service life of rock drill and drilling rig.

四、全电控液压系统

FULLY ELECTRIC-CONTROLLED HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

整机采用全电液控制阀，作业时无需单独操作单片阀，万向电控手柄同时集成对多片阀的控制，功能集成度高，操作轻松易学。电控系统集成误动作保护功能，通过编程对手柄操作性能进行优化，控制更柔和控制精度更高。

The machine adopts a fully electric hydraulic control valve, eliminating the need for separate operation of individual valves. The omnidirectional electric control handle integrates the control of multiple valves,achieving high functional integration and easy-to-learn operation. The electrical control system integrates misoperation protection function and optimizes the performance of the handle through programming. This ensures smoother control and higher precision in operation.

五、高行驶通过能力

HIGH TRAVERSING CAPABILITY

整机采用闭式液压四驱底盘，驱动能力强劲，行驶无级变速，具有较好的行走微动性，系统平稳无冲击。行车制动采用静液压无摩擦制动，同时配备液压差速锁，避免轮胎打滑散失驱动能力。后桥可上下摆动8°，避免单个轮胎容易离地，整机宽度1300mm，内转弯半径3600mm，离地高度≥280mm，可在狭窄恶劣的巷道内正常行驶。轮边驱动液压马达带有机械脱开装置，可以非常便捷得将车辆调整至拖行状态。

The machine adopts a closed-loop hydraulic four-wheel drive chassis, providing strong driving power and seamless variable speed control, lt has excellent creeping ability during travel and operates smoothly without impact. The travel braking system utilizes static hydraulic frictionless braking, and it is equipped with a hydraulic differential lock to prevent tire slippage and loss of driving power. The rear axle can swing up and down by 8°, preventing individual tires from easily losing contact with the ground. The overall width of the machine is 1,300mm, the inside tuning radius is 3,600mm, and the ground clearance is ≥280mm, allowing for normal operation in narrow and harsh tunnels. The wheel-side hydraulic motor is equipped with a mechanical disengagement device, which allows the vehicle to be easily switched to towing mode.

六、转场安全便捷

CONVENIENT AND SAFE TRANSIT

配备高强度防砸驾驶室顶棚，保护操作人员的安全。顶棚高度可液压升降，最低高度1.8m，便于通过高度受限场所。配备长度50m电缆卷筒，现场接电方便快捷，节省现场准备时间。移机时自动收放电缆，减少现场人员劳动强度。

The product is equipped with a high-strength anti-impact driver's cabin roof, ensuring the safety of the operators. The height of the shed can be hydraulically lifted and lowered, with a minimum height of 1.8m, which makes it convenient to pass through places with limited height. Equipped with a 50-meter cable reel, the product faciitates convenient and fast on-site power connection, saving preparation time at the site. During relocation, the machine automatically retracts and deploys the cables, reducing the labor intensity of on-site personnel.

七、双操作系统

DUAL OPERATING SYSTEMS

整机具有驾驶室固定操作台和无线遥控操作台两套操作系统。固定操作台配置电子显示屏，可实时读取设备运行数据，同时行驶操作手柄与座椅集成设计，实现舒适的驾驶操控;无线遥控器方便在作业时近距离观察钻具、活动部件情况，便于进行精细操作及时处理突发问题。

The machine is equlpped with two sets of operating systems: a fixed console in the driver's cabin and a wireless remote control console. The fixed console is equipped with an electronic display screen that allows real-time reading of equipment operating data. Additionally, the design integrates the travel control handle wih the seat, providing comfortable maneuverability during driving. The wireless remote controller allows for close-range observation of drilling tools and moving parts during operations, faciitating precise operations and timely handling of unexpected issues.

八、“向导式操作"

" GUIDED OPERATION"

整机操控拥有强的向导功能，从给台车上电开始，电子显示屏幕会根据作业流程引导操作手执行相应的操作，包括开机向导、定位向导、打孔向导、保养与故障诊断向导等。通过不断重复的向导功能，让一个新的操作手能够更快的上手作业，实现培训与实操一体化，逐步减轻矿山企业对具有丰富经验的台车操作手的依赖，让更多的新人年轻人都能够胜任台车操作手的工作。

The overall control system has a strong guided function. From power-on of the rig, the electronic display screen will guide the operator through the entire operation process including startup guidance, positioning guidance, drilling guidance, maintenance, and troubleshooting guidance. By repeatedly utilizing the guided function, a new operator can quickly become proficient in the job, achieving an integration of training and practical operation. This gradually reduces the dependence of mining companies on experienced rig operators, enabling more young and inexperienced individuals to become competent rig oprators.
