CY-MD211 UNDERGROUND DOWN THE HOLE DRILL
CY-MD211地下潜孔钻机是为了满足现代矿山新的工艺需求，结合传统同类钻机使用经验以及先进的液压、程控技术开发出来的新一代数字化钻机产品，其外形紧凑，安全高效，可靠耐用，操作舒适，维修方便，是我国地下矿山大直径深孔采矿法的首选装备。
CY-MD211 Underground Down-the-Hole Drils are a new generation of digital drills developed to meet the new technological requirements of modern mines by learning experience from applications of conventional similar drills and leveraging advanced hydraulic and programmed control technology. They are compact in structure, safe and effcient, reliable and durable, comfortable to operate, and easy to maintain. Thanks to these advantages, they are the preferred equipment for large-diameter deep-hole mining in underground mines in China.

一、结构紧凑
COMPACT STRUCTURE
在2500mm高的矮小采场可安全作业：在1700mm宽1800mm高的巷道内安全行走;可快速拆解成三个单元，最大单元外形尺寸为3100×1300×620mm³便于进罐下井。
They are safe to work in small mining field(2500mm high) and walk in narrow roadway(1700mm wide and 1800mm high), they can be quickly disassembled into three units(maximum size:3100x1300x1300 mm³), and easy to transfer by the lank.
二、高可靠性的双向减震动力头
BI-DIRECTIONAL DAMPING POWER HEAD WITH PATENTED TECHNOLOGY
动力头与钻杆之间采用柔性连接，可有效地隔离冲击器的冲击和回转震动向钻机传递，其可靠性远远高于同类设备。
They are more reliable than the similar equipment according lo isolating the impact and rotary vibration of the hammer to machine by using the lexible connecion between power head with drill pipe.
三、负载敏感液压系统
LOAD-SENSING HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
采用负载敏感、多重过滤和全比例电磁控制的液压系统,节能高效，智能化程度高，抗污能力强，系统更加稳定可靠。
The hydraulic systems that adopt the technology of load sensing control, multiple filtering and the proportional solenoid control are characterized by saving energy and efficlency, high inteligent degree, strong anti-pollution capability and high stabllty and reliability.
四、专利(发明专利ZL 2016 2 0648327 4)技术的新型捕尘罩
NEW TYPE DUST COLLECTOR OF OUR OWN PATENTED TECHNOLOGY
低流阻设计，两级密封结构，罩体弹性压地等新型结构避免岩渣向钻机喷射，极大地提高了各运动件的寿命。
Few rock slag jets to rigs by the design of low flow resistance exhaust passages, the structure of seal with two levels, and elasticity structure with the ground.The life of the moving parts is increased greatly.
五、IDOS智能控制系统
IDOS INTELLIGENT CONTROL SYSTEM
CY-MD211地下潜孔钻机装载了IDOS智能控制系统，具有安全保护、自动作业、故障诊断、数据存储、互联通信和数字显示等功能，(详见IDOS智能控制系统介绍)。
The CY-MD211 underground drills have been installed IDOS intelligent control system with safety protection, automatic operation, fault delection, data storage, internet communications, digital display and other functions, (see specification of lDOS intelligent control system.
六、新材料运动副和高配置关键件
KINEMATIC-PAIR WITH NEW MATERIALAND WELL-KNOWN KEY COMPONENTS
电气件、液压件、运动件等关键件采用国际知名品牌，推进滑动副采用可更换耐磨条，各销轴转动副采用自润滑石墨材料，大大延长了钻机的使用寿命。
The main components such as eleclrical parts, hydraulic parts, transmission parts are come from international famous manufacturer.What's more,the replaceable wear strip of the feed sliding pair and rotation pair of pin axis with self-lubricating graphite materials guarantee that the life of the drill rigs are longer than usual.
