CY-R80C MULTI-PURPOSE RBM
During the mining operation, there is large demand for cutting raise which is characterized bysmall diameter and depth of construction wells and freguent transfer of construction sites. However, for conventional raise boring machines, the concrete foundation shall be poured to install and fix the main engine before the construction. The concrete foundation, with high cost and long construction period, occupies a great economic and time cost inthe construction of cutting raise.R80C main engine is fixed by anchor rod and jacking mechanism, without the need of pouring concrete foundation,which can significantly improve the construction efficiency.
Technical characteristics
FOUNDATION-FREE RAISE CONSTRUCTION
Compared with conventional raise boring machine, it requires no concrete foundation, saving pouring construction period of 7-10 days, simplifying the construction process, improving theoperation efficiency and saving the cost.
CONSTRUCTION OF GENTLY INCLINED RAISE
The construction angle of conventional raise boring machine is 60° - 90° (in relation to horizontalplane), and that of R80C is 15°-90° (in relation to horizontal plane). With the special cutter head andauxiliary slag discharging mechanism, the challenge for discharging slags in the construction of gently inclined raise can be overcome.
