CY-T311 INTELLIGENT UNDERGROUND DRIVING JUMBO
CY-T311 intelligent underground face drilling rig is a novel type of high-end underground intelligent boring rock driling equipment specially developed and designed for drilling and boring in mine exploration, expressway and high-speed railway construction, water conservancy and hydropower construction, and national defense tunnel construction.
With more modem appearance design and more user-friendly operation interface, it provides operators with more comfortable and humanistic working environment. It can work in a 7.3×6.7m tunnel within an area of up to 40m2, and with a high-accuracy drill controlled by full-computer intelligent control system, it enables one-touch automatic full-section drilling according to the designed hole pattern, effectively reducing construction difficulty, and accurate positioning at various angles, reducing over-excavation and under-excavation in tunnel construction and realizing easy, efficient, and high-quality tunnel drilling.
CY-T311 intelligent underground face drilling rig covers a wide range of hole diameter; with more comfortable and intelligent operation, more safe and efficient construction, and easier and more convenient maintenance, it is the preferred equipment for tunneling of a large mine and the development of intelligent mines in the future.
Function Characteristics
一、INDEPENDENTAND FLEXIBLE FOUR-WHEEL DRIVE
Four-wheel hydraulic motor drives the articulated chassis separately, with small turning radius and strong passing capability to ensure flexible transfer;
二、OPTIONAL POWER AND OPERATION MODES TO REALIZE DIVERSIFIED CUSTOMIZATION
Modular power design is adopted to enable diesel-electric;
based on intelligent control, multiple operation modes, including manual, wired, and wireless operation, are available.
三、HIGH-STRENGTH DRILLING PROPULSION SYSTEM TO ENABLE HIGHER OPERATION EFFICIENCY
Lightweight aluminum alloy beam with high bending, torque, and fatigue resistance and long service life is used:
Imported rock drill with ultra strong bending resistance, high drilling speed, and low rig wear and tear is used, effectively improving the adaptability of side hole driling of tunnel;
Multiple schemes and rock drills are provided according to the drilling requirements of different surrounding rock structures to realize rapid drilling, low rig consumption, and low failure rate.
四、IDOS
Safety protection: Automatic anti-jamming system, ani-idling system, and emergency power cutting system for jamming warning and protection are provided to ensure the safety of equipment and personnel;
Automatic positioning: Hole positioning system is provided to realize automatic hole positioning;
Automatic self-diagnosis: System fault diagnosis module carries out timely detection and gives out timely warming and prompt;
Optimal driling: System operation data are timely acquired and checked for automatic adjustment to realize optimal drilling;
Production statement report and lithology analysis: Various parameters are displayed timely in details through wide-band communication with on-board industrial tablet PC via wifi and production statement, equipment operation statement and relevant records are generated automaticaly.
五、DOUBLE TRIANGLE HYDRAULIC TRANSLATIONALTELESCOPIC DRILL ARM TO GREATLY IMPROVE WORKING RANGE
Direct positioning is carried out by double triangle hydraulic translational drill arm and translational motion is maintained through electric control to realize more accurate hole positions;
Drill arm adopts a seamless casing structure made of high-strength material to make rock driling more stable and positioning more accurate;
Telescopic drill arm which can pitch, rotate and swing is used to expand drilling range, improve adaptability.
六、OPEN AND CLOSED CABS AVAILABLE
The shed of open cab is FOPS certified, with liftable and lowerable design to get adapted to different sizes of tunnels and different operation reguirements;
Closed cab (optional) is provided with safe seat and air conditioner to make driving and operation environment more comfortable.
七、ADVANCED HYDRAULIC TECHNOLOGY, MORE ACCURATE ACTIONS,AND MORE RELIABLE OPERATION
Load sensitive, multl-filtered hydraulic system controlled by proportional solenoid valve is used to realize high energy efficiency, high intelligence, strong pollutant resistance, and high system stability and reliability;
Imported hydraulic components are used to ensure stable, safe and efficiency hydraulic system, with automatic anti-jamming and rod retraction functions to effectively reduce jamming risk;
Various working devices act to realize sensing, monitoring, and feedback of pressure, fow, stroke, and angle and thus accurate drilling positioning;
Hydraulic cable and pipe reels realize convenient extraction and retraction of cable and pipe to save time and effort and improve safety.
八、PROVIDED WITH OUR RIG POSITIONING AND NAVIGATION SYSTEM AND COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, TERMINAL CONTROL SYSTEM CAN REALIZE REMOTE CONTROL BY WHICH MULTIPLE RIGS CAN BE LOOKED AFTER BY ONE PERSON
Real-time industrial bus communication wih operation response delay lower than 100ms to ensures safe, correct, and high-accuracy rig operation;
Remote operation, with more stable and reliable performance, can meet the requirements of working scenario with wide temperature range of -25℃~+70℃ and those of mine,heavy industry, and other severe environment;
Industrial dispiay with protection grade of lP65 adopts anti-vibration structure and is applicable to high-dust, high-vibration and other severe environment.
Tolal station and naked-eye 3D technologies are used to reallze positioning at one time and completely autonomous operation by one touch.
