CY-R80V/CY-R120VD SELF-PROPELLED RBM
Conventional ral wheel towed type raise boring machine (RBM) faces great difficulty in transfer during down-hole operation in a modern trackless mine.The time-consuming and strenuous process of disassembly, transportaion and reassemkly severely constrains its popularization and application in a modern mine.
Based on mature techriques, in particular, the host module and the hydraulic system module of convenional RBM, we have successfully developed the CY-R80V/CY-R120VD saries crawler sel-propelled type RBM with creative diesel-electric dual-power unt and crawler type walking chassis, of which various technical indicators reach the advanced level among interational peers.
Function Characteristics
DIESEL-ELECTRIC DUAL POWER HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
The independent diesel driven hydraulic system with load-sensing control, constant power control, proportional solenoid control is newly added in the base of the CY-R series RBM hydraulic system. All functions of working site are powered by a motor. Diesel is responsible for traveling. So the major advantages of CY-RV series RBM hydraulic systemare same with CYR series RBM.
TOW DRILLING MODES AND THREE OPERATION MODES
The control system supports two drilling modes(high accuracy drilling mode and fastspeed drilling mode) and three operation modes(manual operation, wireless operation andwired operation).The user can select drilling mode according to accuracy requirement andgeological conditions and select operation mode according to operating position and theaclual situation.
SELF-LUBRICATING AND MAINTENANCE-FREE CRAWLER CHASSIS
The customized hydraulic crawler chassis have four leveling jacks, two wet brakes with hydraulic loosing and spring braking, some clutches for towing. They are self-lubricating and maintenance-free, can automatically change the gear between two gears, and travel by wireless operation on and beside them. They are safe, reliable, flexible and effciently.
RCS INTELLIGENT CONTROL SYSTEM
The CY-R80V/CY-R120VD RBM installs RcS intelligent control system withsafety protection, automatic operation, fault diagnose, data storage, Internet communicalions, digital display and so on (see specification of RCS intellgent contralsystem).
