Spiral classifier has the advantages of simple structure, reliable operation and easy operation etc, which is one of the widely used classification equipment in the mill. It is mainly used for preliminary classification and check classification in the wet grinding circuits. It can also be used to desliming and dewatering when ore is washing.
Spiral classifier according to the number of spiral shaft can be divided into single spiral classifier and duplex spiral classifier. According to a high degree of the overflow weir can be divided into high weir type, immersed weir type and low weir type.
