Details Introduction

The rotary dryer is a device that uses the rotating drum body and the lifting plate inside the drum body to carry animal materials and conduct sufficient heat exchange with high-temperature flue gas to dry materials.It has the characteristics of good drying effect,large production capacity,high operating rate,energy saving and environmental protection,easy operation and maintenance,and long service life of the whole machine.Applicable materials:clayshale,lump ore,slag,mineral powder, fly ash,titanium dioxide,bauxite,sludge,corn,grain,etc.

Working principle:The material enters the dryer through the feeding device.Due to the slow rotational motion of the cylinder in an inclined state,the material moves from the high end to the low end in the axial direction.During the movement,the lifting plate continuously lifts,disperses,and moves downwards in the circumferential direction,allowing the material to undergo sufficient heat exchange with the air until is dried below the specified humidity.The dried material is discharged from the discharge device.
