APPLICABILITIES
PYY series single-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers, which are applicable to large and medium-sized sandstone and ore processing enterprises, are used for secondary, tertiary or quaternary crushing of rocks or batholiths.
Wide scope of application: These crushers are useful for crushing relatively hard rocks. For a mainframe, more replacement of liner makes multiple chamber shapes optional for different applications. With steady and relatively large feed port, the secondary crushers are used for secondary crushing (and even primary crushing) of materials.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The crushing process is completed by the eccentric oscillating wall and the rolling mortar wall driven by the eccentric bush.
The material enters the crushing wall through the upper feed hopper, and after crushing, it is discharged through the discharge port.
Characterised by high production capacity, low cost, ingenious structure, wide application range and high utilisation, these crushers are easy to operate and require infrequent maintenance.

Laminated crushing at optimal crushing frequency and in combination with appropriate stroke keeps crushed materials discharged out of the discharge port in good granular shape, increases proportion of fine materials and decreases content of needle-like particles. It satisfies demands for high-quality building aggregates.
l SAFER WITH UPGRADED STRUCTURE
Imported bearing, with longer service life is used for transmission. Dust removal under positive pressure guarantee cleanliness of the hydraulic system, and the thin oil lubrication system provides dual protection for the bearing. All these effectively lower failure rate and reduce maintenance costs.
l EASY OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
Stepless adjustment can be made at the discharge outlet dependent upon hydraulic pressure only by pressing a button, This can be done during production,thus making operations more intuitive. No packing is needed for assembling the crushing wall for precision processing.
l HIGH DEGREE OF AUTOMATION
PYY series cone crushers are equipped with PLC, which can easily operate and control the crushers, thus reducing, labor cost.
l LOWER PRODUCTION COST
Optimized liner design reduces steel consumption per unit. Laminated crushing and full feeding increase crusher utilization.
