APPLICABILITIES
G series high pressure grinding, rollers are suitable for fine and ultra-fine crushing of materials with a compressive strength not exceeding, 250MPa and humidity below 8%.
Featured by simple structure, reliable performance and low over crushing ratio, these rollers are applied in the sand-making industry and useful for adjusting machined sand fineness modulus. The materials can be put into production by high pressure grinding rollers only after irons and impurities are removed from them.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The high pressure grinding roller is mainly composed of two rollers which rotate in opposite directions.
The materials enter the two highly wear-resistant rollers with the same size through the feeding device. Press the materials into compact pies, which are crushed into particles with requisite size and discharged through a hopper. In the next step, the material pies are further dispersed or ground into powder.
