APPLICABILITIES
PX gyratory crusher is a kind of crushing equipment with large capacity, smooth operation and low energy consumption. It is mainly used for rough crushing of materials with compressive strength not more than 300Mpa in the first stage. It is widely used in metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, minerals and other industries.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The motor drives the horizontal shaft through the transmission shaft, the bevel gear on the horizontal shaft drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate, and the eccentric sleeve drives the main shaft to make a rotary pendulum movement, so that the crushing wall and the liner form a crushing effect, The material is dumped into the crushing cavity, discharged from the lower part after crushing,and collected and discharged in and out of the silo. it has the advantages of large production capacity, direct access to ore, no need for special feeding equipment, and large crushing ratio.
FEATURES
During operation, the crushing action is continuous, resulting in higher efficiency compared to jaw crushers. Therefore, for the same power, the productivity of the rotary crusher is greater.
Optimal crushing frequency and eccentricity, along with layer compression crushing, ensure better product granularity at the discharge outlet.
With just button control, hydraulic pressure allows for seamless adjustment of the discharge outlet, which can be done during production for enhanced operational clarity.
This leads to lower average power consumption per ton of product and higher equipment operating rates due to layer compression crushing and full feeding.
