WORKING PRINCIPLE
The horizontal screen is driven directly by the motor through a flexible coupling, which drives an eccentric mass vibrator. This vibrator causes the screen bed to undergo periodic reciprocating mechanical vibration. By arranging two or more vibrators in a reasonable spatial layout based on the principle of mechanical vibration self-synchronization, the screen bed achieves a stable self-synchronous elliptical vibration trajectory. Materials on the screen surface move rapidly in an elliptical motion with the high-speed motion of the screen bed, quickly stratifying, sieving, and moving, forward, ultimately completing, the material classification.

l Safety pull straps and lateral cushioning devices are provided around the screen bed for increased safety during use.
