APPLICABILITIES
PEV series jaw crushers are suitable for primary, secondary and fine crushing of various ores or rocks with a compressive strength not exceeding 200MPa. They are applicable to industries of mines, sand stones, cement, road construction, metallurgy and chemical engineering.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The motor drives the mainframe pulley wheel through the V-shaped belt and the mainframe pulley wheel drives the eccentric shaft so that the jaw will periodically move up and down, back and forth in a reciprocating manner along, the predetermined regular motion trajectories.Then, the materials inside the crushing chamber are crushed, and discharged through the discharge port dependent upon their dead weight.

l WEDGE ADJUSTMENT
Wedge adjustment can be made during operation or shutdown of the crushers.Users can make mechanical or hydraulic adjustment according to their needs. Hydraulic adjustment is highly automatic, The users can adjust the discharge port and pre-tighten the jaw as long as they press corresponding button.
l FOUR BEARINGS WITH THE SAME SPECIFICATION
Bigger than bearings of other crushers with the same specification, these bearings have longer service life. They reduce categories of parts and prolong replacement cycle.
l HIGH-QUALITY PARTS
The application of high-quality alloy steel castings and hot rolled steel plates increases stability and prolongs service life.
l MULTIPLE OPTIONAL PARTS
Feed hopper, safety hood of flywheel belt pulley, automatic lubrication system and hydraulic adjustment system improve operation efficiency, increase operation safety and lowers production costs.

The production capacity of crushers shown a hove is specific to mean density of 1.6tm3, smeath feed and discharge. The maximum feed particle size is calculated as product of 0.8 and size of the feed.
In addition, the production capacity is related to mud content water content, bulk density and brittleness.
