Principle Overview
When the impeller rotates, the slurry inside the impeller cavity generates centrifugal force under the action of the impeller and is thrown around, forming a negative pressure zone inside the impeller cavity. And the air is sucked into the impeller cavity through the suction pipe and the central cylinder, mixed with the sucked slurry, forming a large number of small bubbles. After stabilizing the flow through the cover plate, they are evenly dispersed in the groove, forming mineralized bubbles. The mineralized bubbles float up to the foam layer and are scraped out by the scraper, which is the foam product.
Equipment Features
The impeller is composed of a closed double truncated cone, which can generate strong slurry circulation;
Large suction capacity and low power consumption;
Each tank has triple functions of suction, slurry suction, and flotation, forming its own flotation circuit without the need for any auxiliary equipment. It is horizontally configured and easy to change the process;
Reasonable circulation of slurry can minimize the sedimentation of coarse sand to the greatest extent possible.
Scope of Use
It can be widely used for the separation of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, and non-metallic minerals, and is suitable for coarse and sweeping operations in large and medium-sized flotation plants.
