TD series permanent magnet cage tailings recycling machine is a tailings re selection equipment developed by our company's researchers in 1996. The product uses a permanent magnet magnetic field as the background magnetic field, and a roller cage containing a magnetic aggregation medium as the collector. It uses the high gradient magnetic field generated around the medium to adsorb magnetic minerals in the tailings.
The biggest feature of this equipment is strong selectivity and high recovery rate, which is particularly suitable for the loss of poor connected minerals and fine single mineral particles in tailings, basically achieving a "one-time purification" of tailings recovery. This equipment has advanced magnetic separation principles, compact structure, simplicity, reliable operation, long service life, and convenient maintenance.
The product is mainly used in the following situations:
1. Used for tailings re selection, it can efficiently recover useful magnetic substances from tailings.
2. Used for sweeping operations in magnetic separation plants, it can improve the recovery rate of magnetic iron in the plant.
3. Used for sewage treatment, it can purify ferromagnetic substances in sewage.
