Tingo Technology Tower Grinding Machine (TGTM series) is an efficient fine-grained grinding equipment widely used in iron ore, non-ferrous metal, and non-metallic mines, mainly for coarse concentrate re grinding or ultrafine powder grinding. Tower mill is a grinding equipment with an external cylindrical vertical installation and an internal spiral stirring device. Through the rotation of the internal spiral stirrer, it drives the grinding medium and materials to move. The movement modes include multi-dimensional cyclic motion and rotational motion. The materials are subjected to the heavy pressure of the grinding medium and the squeezing force of the spiral rotation, resulting in peeling, scrubbing, and other effects, thereby producing a grinding effect on the materials. Materials are generally pumped in from the lower or upper feeding pipes of the cylinder, and are efficiently ground down through the grinding and shearing action of the grinding medium. Particles of different thicknesses are separated under the combined action of external force and gravity, while fine-grained materials continue to rise until they overflow from the upper part of the cylinder. Coarse grained materials remain in the cylinder and continue to be ground until they reach the qualified overflow fineness. Usually, a vertical tower mill and a hydrocyclone form a circuit for operation.
