KYF-Y series round type flotation cell is developed from the newest development of the flotation kinetics, and the long-term industrial experience of KYF series flotation cell and combining the new requirement of industrial production for flotation equipment. Based on this, the structural parameter of the KYF series flotation cell especially the structural parameter of the impeller and stator system is improved, which makes the performance index of the two type of KYF series are increased, and on the basis of improving the grade and recovery, the power consumption is reduced by 5-10%. In the flotation operation, the machine is suitable for different requirements of rougher, scavenger and cleaner by adjusting the operating parameters. The workshop has a altitude difference of 800mm, and the middling return needs froth pump.
