This machine features a simple structure, large crushing ratio, and high productivity. It can perform both dry and wet crushing, and is suitable for medium or fine crushing of medium-hardness and brittle materials in industries such as mining, cement, coal, metallurgy, and building materials. The gap of the grate bars can be adjusted according to user requirements to change the discharge particle size, meeting the needs of different users. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed inside the crushing chamber; materials are fed into the machine through the upper feed inlet and crushed by the impact, shearing, and grinding of the high-speed moving hammers. A sieve plate is installed at the lower part of the rotor: particles smaller than the sieve hole size in the crushed materials are discharged through the sieve plate, while coarse particles larger than the sieve hole size are retained on the sieve plate, continuing to be struck and ground by the hammers before being discharged through the sieve plate.
