Product Introduction
The heavy-duty plate feeder is an auxiliary equipment for transportation machinery - a fixed feeder. This machine is used for continuous and uniform feeding from the silo to the primary crusher, and can also be used for short distance material transportation, especially suitable for conveying materials with high density, large particle size, and strong wear resistance. It can work reliably under harsh conditions such as open air and humidity, so it is widely used in departments such as metallurgy, mining, cement, and building materials.
Advantages and Characteristics
The driving device of the machine adopts an integral suspension and a single point floating structure, which can improve the service life of the transmission system. The chain plate device adopts a track chain for the driving chain. The chain plate is formed by overlapping single or double arcs, which is impact resistant, wear-resistant, and does not leak materials. The whole machine adopts keyless connection, achieving a compact structure, convenient assembly and disassembly, and good chain synchronization.
