In sand washing production lines, during the dehydration process of the sand washer, a portion of sand, especially fine sand particles below 0.63mm, is carried away by water flow, with a loss rate of 9-16%. This not only reduces the total sand output but also affects sand quality and gradation, leading to discontinuous gradation, increased cement consumption, and lower concrete strength ratings. This machine can recover over 90% of the fine sand particles washed away by water flow without increasing the clay content. The recovered sand can be blended into the finished sand pile to achieve proper gradation or stored and used separately as high-quality decorative sand. Additionally, it reduces the workload of sedimentation ponds and lowers cleaning costs.
