NZJAH series slurry pump is a universal heavy-duty slurry pump, belonging to a type of horizontal centrifugal pump. Structurally, it adopts a horizontal double-shell design, with the inner shell being a vulnerable flow part that requires periodic replacement. It can be made of high-chrome metal or rubber material. The product is relatively structurally simple, operationally reliable, with a long life for the flow parts, and is particularly suitable for transporting medium to high concentration slurries.
NZJA series slurry pump is an optimized and modified heavy-duty slurry pump based on the NZJAH series slurry pump. It mainly optimizes the design of the protective sleeve of the NZJAH series slurry pump, further enhancing the service life of the protective sleeve and the front and rear protective plates. The inner lining flow part can only be made of rubber material. Under conditions of heavy wear and tear, the wear resistance of the inner lining flow part exceeds that of the NZJAH series slurry pump.
Product Features
1. The impeller usually adopts a 5-blade design, and other flow parts components are designed for heavy wear, resulting in a long service life of the flow parts.
2. The flow parts can be made of high-chrome and rubber materials according to operating conditions, providing flexibility and versatility.
3. It adopts a horizontal double-shell design, making on-site installation and maintenance relatively convenient.
4. The bearing components are designed with heavy-duty bearings and grease lubrication, eliminating the need for external oil stations. Periodic maintenance involves only greasing. The bearing components can be optionally equipped with temperature measuring elements for convenient on-site automation control.
5. Various types of shaft seals are available, including packing seals, secondary impeller seals, and mechanical seals. These three types of seals can be interchanged and replaced without replacing other parts.
6. The gap design between the impeller and the protective plate has adjustable components, allowing for easy gap adjustment during routine shutdown maintenance.
7. The connection method between the pump and the motor can be selected according to operating conditions and site conditions, including belt, coupling, and gearbox.
8. This series of slurry pumps can be used in multiple stages to meet the needs of high-lift workstations.
9. The pump outlet direction can be installed at eight angles to adapt to on-site pipeline installation.
Application Range
1. This series of slurry pumps is a universal heavy-duty slurry pump that can be used in various metal mining grinding and beneficiation processes, such as those involving non-ferrous and ferrous metals. It has a wide range of applications.
2. The recommended single-stage head is less than 60m, and the maximum conveying head can reach 80m.
3. It is recommended to use a pulp density of 60%. Pulp with a density exceeding 60% needs to be evaluated and subjected to relevant rheological tests.
4. When rubber material flow parts are used, the recommended slurry temperature for transport should not exceed 70°C. When rubber impellers are used, the maximum outer peripheral speed should not exceed 28m/s.
5. The pressure resistance value of rubber slurry pumps does not exceed 1.4Mpa, and that of metal pumps does not exceed 2.1Mpa.
