Product Overview
NZJM series slurry pump is a new generation heavy-duty slurry pump designed specifically for transporting mill discharge to cyclones. Structurally, it adopts a horizontal double-shell design, with the inner shell being the wearing part that requires periodic replacement. Depending on the operating conditions, high-chrome metal or rubber materials can be chosen for the inner shell, while the impeller generally uses high-chrome metal. Designed for transporting mill discharge, it incorporates ultra-heavy wear-resistant design and hydraulic design calculations using ANSYS to predict wear. Additionally, it features a large-diameter impeller design to reduce pump operating speed and further enhance anti-wear performance in hydraulic modeling.
Product Features
1. Adjustable liner technology ensures online adjustment of the gap between the impeller and liner, maintaining a small gap after wear to reduce recirculation and the entry of large particles, thus extending the service life of the wearing parts.
2. Depending on the operating conditions, the liner can be made of high-chrome metal or rubber. When using metal material, the pump structure adopts a single-shell design.
3. Some slurry pumps can be provided with clockwise and counterclockwise rotation options, facilitating layout flexibility for outlet direction on-site.
4. With a horizontal double-shell design, installation and maintenance are relatively convenient.
5. Bearing components adopt heavy-duty bearing design, grease lubrication, no need for external oil stations, only regular grease maintenance is required. Temperature measuring elements can be optionally installed for on-site automatic control.
6. Simple and reliable packing seal is adopted for shaft sealing. Due to the special operating conditions, other sealing methods are not recommended.
7. The connection between the pump and motor can be belt-driven, coupled, or connected with a gearbox according to operating conditions and site conditions.
8. This series of slurry pumps can only be used in single-stage operation.
9.The pump outlet direction can be installed at eight angles to adapt to on-site pipeline installation.
Application
1.This series of slurry pumps is specifically designed for mill discharge, suitable for transporting mill discharge to cyclones in non-ferrous and ferrous metal mines.
2.Recommended for single-stage head lower than 60m, with a maximum delivery head of up to 70m.
3.Suitable for maximum ore weight concentration below 65%.
4.When rubber material is used for the wearing parts, the recommended slurry temperature for transport should not exceed 70℃.
5.The maximum pressure resistance of the slurry pump does not exceed 900Kpa, and it can only be used in single-stage operation.
Specifications and Flow Range
Currently, the NZJM series includes 8 specifications ranging from 200 to 650 in diameter. The table below shows the best efficiency points of the NZJM series slurry pump at the corresponding speeds. In practical applications, the working range of each pump diameter can be adjusted by adjusting the pump speed. If you have any selection requirements, please contact us.
