Product Overview
NZJH series slurry pump is a high-lift slurry pump mainly used for long-distance transportation of slurry, such as long-distance transportation of tailings. Due to the limitation of the rubber overcurrent parts by the peripheral speed, the overcurrent parts of the NJZH slurry pump are made of metal without rubber overcurrent parts. Currently, the maximum single-stage head of some pump models can reach 100m.
Product Features
1. Low specific speed design ensures that the pump has a high-lift transport while the impeller speed is relatively low, reducing the wear of the overcurrent parts and improving the service life of the overcurrent parts.
2. Various forms of shaft seals are available, including packing seal, secondary impeller seal, and mechanical seal. These seals can be replaced interchangeably without replacing other components.
3. The gap between the impeller and the liner is designed with adjustable components, which can be conveniently adjusted during routine shutdown maintenance.
4. The connection between the pump and the motor can be belt, coupling, reducer, etc., depending on the working conditions and site conditions.
5. This series of slurry pumps can be used in multiple stages in series.
6. The pump outlet direction can be installed at eight angles to adapt to the site pipeline installation.
Applications
1. NZJH series slurry pump is a high-lift slurry pump suitable for tailings transportation, concentrate transportation, filter press feeding, etc.
2. The recommended single-stage head is less than 90m.
3. Can be used in multiple stages in series, with a pressure resistance value not exceeding 5.17MPa.
Specifications and Flow Range
The table below shows the best efficiency points of NZJH series slurry pump at the corresponding speeds. In practical applications, the working range of pumps of various diameters can be adjusted by adjusting the speed of the slurry pump.
