Details Introduction

Program Controlled Auto Chamber Filter Press is a filtration device composed of filter plates arranged to form filtration chambers. Each chamber is constructed by two adjacent recessed filter plates, with filter cloth fixed to each plate. Under the pressure of the feed pump, the liquid material is delivered into the filtration chamber, where solids and liquids are separated by the filter cloth, forming a filter cake. The filtrate passes through the filter cloth and flows along the grooves of the filter plates to the discharge holes at the bottom.

Program Controlled Auto Chamber Filter Press is operated via a microcomputer PLC controller, enabling various functions such as filter plate compression, collection plate merging and opening, plate loosening, plate pulling, water rinsing, and more. It supports fully automated operation, including automatic compression and release, high-pressure unloading, pressure retention, pressure replenishment, plate pulling, cake discharge, pause, and automatic operation. It can be controlled either through programmed automation or manual operation. The plate-pulling motor utilizes a low-energy, small-power variable-frequency speed-regulating motor for energy efficiency and environmental friendliness. The torque is enhanced by a reduction motor, and the variable-frequency motor offers a wide speed adjustment range (20Hz–60Hz), allowing customizable speed and pulling force. It also includes a remote control interface for automated remote operation. This equipment is suitable for materials requiring easy dewatering and high-efficiency processing.

The filter press frame, pressing plate, and thrust plate are made of high-quality Q345B steel plates, welded using CO₂ shielded arc welding. High-speed centrifugal shot blasting removes rust and oxide scales, followed by epoxy mica iron primer spraying for optimal adhesion. These components exhibit excellent corrosion resistance, high hardness, strong tensile strength, and impact resistance. With a safety factor of 2.2 verified by overpressure testing, the equipment ensures safe and stable operation. The main beam is constructed from Q345B high-quality channel steel/H-beam, designed with a rational welding structure and automated welding techniques to guarantee safety and stability, meeting the requirements for high-pressure filter plates while eliminating beam deformation issues.

Operation Process: 

First, the hydraulic system is activated to compress the filter press. Once the pressure reaches the set value, the system stops automatically. The feed pump and pipeline valve are then opened to inject slurry into the filter press. Filtration occurs via the filter cloth, retaining residues inside while the filtrate flows through dark or bright discharge pipes into a clean water tank. When the filter cake is fully formed, the feed pump stops, and the feed valve closes. The pressing plate is then released and retracts to the limit position. After discharging the filter cake, the compression system restarts to re-compress the plates, followed by the next feeding cycle. The operation is convenient and stable.
