
Technical Features:
1.The main unit adopts an integrated mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic design. The pressing plate, base, cylinder assembly, and thrust plate on the frame are made of high-quality Q235B (or Q345B) medium plates. The crossbeam is constructed with thick-walled channel steel and sealed to avoid distortion issues common in plate-beam designs. This enhances the tensile strength of the crossbeam. Welding is performed under CO₂ gas protection, followed by tempering for shape stabilization and high-speed centrifugal shot blasting to remove rust and iron oxide. The frame surface is treated for corrosion resistance. The cylinder is crafted from 27SiMn seamless steel tubing. The piston rod is made of No. 45 steel, quenched and tempered, and externally hard-chromium plated to a thickness of 0.06mm. The sealing rings are made of PTFE-coated copper.
2.The hydraulic station uses oil pumps from Jiangsu Hengyuan or Jinda, with hydraulic components and main control valves sourced from Beijing Huade. The filter press must employ well-known, standardized hydraulic and electrical components to ensure the availability of replaceable parts in case of equipment failure. The automatic hydraulic system is structurally safe, reliable, easy to operate, and maintain.
3.The plate-pulling system utilizes a variable frequency motor. Comprising the motor and reducer, plate-pulling trolley, sprockets, and chains, it operates under PLC control to execute plate-pulling actions via chain rotation. In addition to program control, manual operation is supported, allowing for real-time adjustments in forward, pause, and reverse movements to ensure smooth material discharge.
4.The filter plates are made of reinforced polypropylene + TPE elastomer and are suspended between two side beams. Each filter plate has a central feed hole, with two filtrate drainage holes at the lower corners. Filtrate discharge options include open and closed flow. Installation and removal of filter plates are designed for simplicity and safety.
5.The filter cloth must resist acids, corrosion, and exhibit excellent particle retention, fast dewatering, minimal sludge adhesion, low cake moisture content, easy cake release, and long service life.
6.The entire system employs PLC control, intelligently automating pressing, pressure retention, plate pulling, pause, and discharge functions. Parameters can be entered on-site for easy process adjustment. The electrical control section comprises the system’s core, including the control cabinet, frequency converter, circuit breakers, air switches, contactors, relays, PLCs, and proximity switches. All control inputs are dry contacts, with isolators for input/output signals. The machine operates in two modes: automatic and manual.
7.The standard for flanges configured with the filter press complies with GB9116-2000-PN1.6MPa.

9.Low Cake Moisture Content: Produces drier filter cakes, facilitating transport, storage, and further processing (e.g., sludge handling) while reducing volume, weight, and costs.
10.Robust Stability: Simple yet sturdy construction—comprising filter plates, frames, and pressing mechanisms—ensures long-term reliability with minimal maintenance.
11.Automated Operation: Equipped with PLC and HMI controls, it automates feeding, filtration, pressing, and discharge, reducing labor intensity and enhancing consistency while minimizing human error.
12.Energy Efficiency: Low energy consumption during high-pressure stages optimizes cycles via low-pressure filtration and high-pressure pressing, lowering labor and energy costs.
