The sand and gravel aggregate production line belongs to harsh industrial and mining environments. Large crushing equipment generates a large amount of dust and is accompanied by huge noise during operation. Therefore, currently, on-site operators in mines control the equipment in the central control room and observe the on-site environment in real time through monitoring systems to understand the operation status of the equipment.
Using infrared high-definition network cameras for front-end image and video acquisition and compression encoding, and transmitting it to the monitoring center through fiber optic network, the monitoring image is decoded and displayed on the wall in the monitoring center, while storing and managing the video. By connecting the monitoring system to the Internet, real-time image preview and video retrieval can be achieved through remote mobile phones and PADs, making it convenient for management personnel to coordinate and command work remotely.
