XCF and KYF series flotation cell are inflatable flotation cell. Small in impeller dia., and low circumferential velocity, which can decrease the power by 30-50%; An air distributor inside the tank to make even air distribution, Impeller has the function of centrifugal pump, which will make the granules fully suspending; adopting U type tank to minimize the settlement of tailing,reasonable design of the impeller structure and interval of the blade makes even wear of the impeller and longer service life of the stator and impeller. KYF series do not have the ability of self suction of the pulp, so the power is low.
XCF series has the ability of self-suction of pulp, so it can be installed horizontally with no need of froth pump, but the power is slightly higher than KYF series, so normally combining XCF series and KYF series together as a group, and XCF series as the sucking tank, KYF series as the direct flow tank, and the group can be installed horizontally with no need of froth pump.
