The eccentric sleeve assembly is a core transmission component exclusive to cone crushers and gyratory crushers (the gyratory crusher category). As an integrated precision assembled unit rather than a single part, it serves as the power core and motion actuator for realizing the gyratory crushing motion of gyratory crushers. Mounted in the eccentric shaft housing of the lower frame of the main machine, it cooperates with the main shaft and bevel gear set to convert the circular rotational motion of the motor into the eccentric gyratory motion of the mantle. It directly determines the swing trajectory of the crusher’s mantle, the variation of the crushing cavity gap and the transmission of crushing force, and is a key core assembly that ensures the realization of the core crushing function, as well as the operational efficiency and stability of gyratory crushers.
