- Replacing multi-layer structures with single-layer structures can reduce the total thickness by 7%~17%, with good resistance to bending and can reduce the diameter of driving and directional rolling.
- The skeleton layer is made of high modulus composite fibers through a special weaving process to form a whole. And the latitudinal strength is 20% higher. More able to absorb impact force, less prone to punctures and scratches.
- The product will never be layered during use.
II.Product structure
Weaving composite fibers with warp and weft threads into a complete structure while improving weft strength. The overall structure can absorb energy, improve impact resistance, and composite fibers have high modulus and large elongation, which can alleviate impact force. A multi-layer structure superior to canvas, less prone to puncture and cracking.

※ Coating performance: Suitable for conditions with large material drop, high load capacity, and high speed. Suggest using H in ISO14890 standard D-grade rubber.
Ⅳ.Product application
It can replace 4~6 layers of nylon and polyester belts and is suitable for industries such as metallurgy, mining, and cement with large material particle size and large drop at the feeding port. Application under conditions where the length of the conveyor belt is required to be within 1000 meters.
